Megan Sherman-Baumann
Megan is a board-certified and licensed behavior analyst with over 6 years of experience in the field of applied behavior analysis. Megan holds a Master of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis through Cambridge College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychological Science from Central Connecticut State University. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including in-home, community, and clinic-based environments. Megan has also gained valuable experience working with diverse populations aged 15 months to 19 years old, both within birth-to-three and insurance-based services. She is passionate about using evidence-based practices to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges. Additionally, Megan has a strong background in skill acquisition. She has successfully implemented evidence-based strategies to teach a wide range of skills, including receptive and expressive communication, social skills, self-help, and leisure/play skills to individuals of varying ages and abilities.
Megan has worked closely with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and physical therapists to provide comprehensive and holistic care to individuals with diverse needs. By collaborating with these professionals, she has gained valuable insights and knowledge that have enhanced her ability to develop effective treatment plans and support individuals in reaching their goals.
